OUR COMPANY
D. D. Dunlap Companies, Inc., a third generation family business, was founded in the 1940’s, as was its sister corporation, Bay Shore Oil Company, Inc. Since our initial start in the Southern California oil business, both corporations have since diversified into commercial real estate and citrus agriculture.

OUR REAL ESTATE
Dunlap Companies’ commercial real estate assets are located throughout Southern California, Arizona, Colorado and Idaho. Our portfolio includes retail properties ranging in value from 1 million to 25 million dollars. All of our properties are managed in-house by our talented team of professionals. As guided by the needs of the property, we manage some of our own leasing and also rely on the expertise of outside brokerage firms.

Farming has been an important aspect of our business for several generations. Our family has numerous agricultural properties in and around the Coachella Valley in Southern California. We grow several varieties of citrus, and our major harvest is the beautiful desert lemons. We partner with Sunkist to market and sell our fruit and urge you to always buy domestic produce and please… choose the “Sunkist” label whenever possible.
